What will the Heat Lab look like?
Each private room has its own 2 person Infrared Sauna, Cold plunge and changing area. You can bring a guest anytime!
We have a 2-person Cold Plunge Room. Each person can plunge side by side in their own tub. This is a great opportunity for first time plungers that are nervous about giving it a try.
We also have a community IV therapy room with 6 IV chairs and a private Aesthetics room.
