What is Contrast Therapy?
Contrast Therapy is the intentional switching between heat (infrared sauna) and cold (cold plunge) to boost recovery, energy, and overall wellness. The rapid temperature change stimulates your circulatory, lymphatic, and nervous systems in ways that a single modality can't.
Think of it as exercise for your blood vessels and a reset button for your mind and body.
At the Heat Lab you have your own Private Suite
Each Suite has a 2 person Infrared Sauna so you can bring a friend or partner. Each Sauna has built in bluetooth speakers so you can watch your favorite movie or show or catch the Live Football game. Once you are in the Sauna you can choose to turn on our Red Light Therapy and also pick your lighting with our Chromotherapy settings. After you step out of the Sauna you can then step into our state of the art Cold Plunge.
