 Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy:
You may pause or cancel your membership any time after the initial 3-month period. Once a monthly payment is processed, it is non-refundable. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period and no future payments will be charged. In order to pause or cancel email info@theheatlabsauna.com do not contact through website as it is not monitored 24/7.  Members must give cancellation notice in writing 24 hours ahead of of the next billing date (example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 15th and you want to cancel for the period of February 15-March 14, you must submit a cancellation request by February 14th.) Notice given within 24 hours of billing date will result in membership being cancelled for the next billing period. It is Client’s responsibility to know their bill date as it relates to cancellation of contract. 

Contrast and Sauna memberships allow to bring a friend to any session for an additional $30 per person. 

Unlimited Memberships have a one Free guest pass a month. The guest must come with you at the time of the session and share the private suite. 

4x and 8x a month membership sessions rollover each month if unused but you must have an active membership to use them.
