 Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy:
You may pause or cancel your membership at any time. Once a monthly payment is processed, it is non-refundable. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period and no future payments will be charged. In order to pause or cancel email info@theheatlabsauna.com do not contact through website as it is not monitored 24/7. Thank you. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Your request is not considered confirmed until you receive a reply confirming the cancellation. 

Contrast and Sauna memberships allow to bring a friend to any session for an additional $30 per person. 

Unlimited Memberships have a one Free guest pass a month. The guest must come with you at the time of the session and share the private suite. 

4x and 8x a month membership sessions rollover each month if unused but you must have an active membership to use them.
