Q:     Do I need to completely submerge in the cold plunge to get its benefits?

Q:     What are your Cold plunge Cleaning protocols?

A:       Our tubs are equipped with a built-in water care system featuring a high-efficiency filter and UV light sanitation—engineered to keep water clean, clear, and ready for back-to-back use.

Q:    Is it true I am still burning calories up to an hour after my session?

A:    Yes! In response to the cold water, your body works in overdrive to reheat itself through a process called thermogenesis which can cause a 350% boost in metabolism! We encourage you to not step back into the sauna or take a warm shower for at least 30-60 minutes post cold exposure to allow your body to complete the natural reheat process and achieve maximum results.
