You may pause or cancel your membership at any time. Once a monthly payment is processed, it is non-refundable. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period and no future payments will be charged. Contrast and Sauna memberships allow to bring a friend to any session for an additional $30 per person. 

Unlimited Memberships have a one Free guest pass a month. The guest must come with you at the time of the session and share the private suite.
